A legendary partnership was formed nearly 30 years ago when Susan Canavan and Deirdre Coit ventured out from their sales affiliations at The Vintage Club, Indian Wells. The formation of Canavan Coit, Inc. provided a choice opportunity for Susan and Deirdre to extend the broad reach of the Multiple Listing Service to their clientele, a service not then available to the on-site sales office. In 2004, Canavan Coit achieved and retains the record for selling the highest priced Coachella Valley home in the history of the Desert Area MLS.

In October 2008, President & CEO of NRT Inc., Bruce Zipf, lauded the Canavan Coit team for their impressive achievements to be ranked in the Top 2 Percent of Performers among NRT’s 59,000 sales associates nationwide. Canavan Coit is a recipient of both International President’s Elite & Premier Team status.
